		<description>Curious posting, in that following up an article previously posted on RMB about Mushrooms absorbing REE oxides, it occurred to me that there might well be an application of algae extraction for REEs.  Granted, biofuels are organic in nature, but so are mushrooms.   Now, wouldn&#039;t that be an innovation:  biological extraction of REEs by GM algae engineered for specific oxides?</description>
